As the marine industry continues to turn to its customers for their input, boat manufacturers have implemented their own CSI surveys to ensure the highest quality of products and service. If you purchased a Chaparral, Regal, Mercury, or Yamaha product you can expect to receive a manufacturer CSI survey in the mail.
These surveys are important to the manufacturer, Buckeye Marine, and you, as they are used to help determine such things as warranty rates. Understanding that CSI surveys sometimes fall down the priority list during busy summer months, we have decided to reward our customers just for filling out the form. When we receive notification from the manufacturer that you have sent in your initial CSI survey, we will automatically enter you into a draw for monthly prizes. Your name will be left in the draw until you win or the next boating season begins. You will receive a follow-up survey from the manufacturer nine months after your original purchase. Your name will be added to the draw again after you send this survey in and we receive notification. In total, it is possible to be entered in the draw for two years.
